You don’t just monitor what is on the (digital) shelves, you also think ahead.Which products fit our brand and our customers? What is missing? And what can be improved?· You don’t follow trends – you sense them coming. You translate what’s happening in the scene into new product lines that resonate.· You decide what fits the brand. In style, content, and timing. What you’re missing, you have created. What doesn’t fit, you leave out.· You think from the customer’s perspective, but also from your own vision. You’re not afraid to make choices – even if they go against the current.· You keep the assortment sharp, up-to-date, and distinctive. Every collection contributes to the experience of Go-in-Style as a brand with a soul.· You work with marketing and content on how products can shine best – visually, verbally, and strategically.· And yes, you understand the numbers too: you translate margin, turnover, and customer feedback into smart, future-oriented decisions. What you bring· You have a keen sense of what’s going on in the truck world – or better yet: you are that world. Whether you’ve sat behind the wheel yourself, are active in the scene, or have worked with passion for years on trucks and styling: you understand our target audience like no one else.· Your passion, sharp intuition, and proven feeling for product and market speak for themselves – and that’s exactly what we’re looking for.· You breathe product and brand. You recognize opportunities before others see them and instinctively know what fits our audience – a community with character and a rough edge.· You have experience or strong affinity with e-commerce, lifestyle, or retail and know how to combine data and intuition into decisions that deliver results.· You communicate clearly and switch effortlessly between customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Whether it’s a technical explanation or a creative brainstorm: you bring the right energy.· You speak and write Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.· You have experience as a product manager, buyer, or salesperson – or in a similar product-oriented commercial role.· You have completed an MBO or HBO education, or you have reached this level through relevant practical work experience – preferably in a technical or commercial field. What you can expect from us· A unique workplace in a fast-growing niche within the lifestyle and truck industry;· A free, entrepreneurial role with lots of responsibility and room for ideas;· An informal, driven team where hard work and fun go hand in hand;· Working for a brand that stands out through community, style, and experience;· A market-conform salary, travel allowance, and pension scheme;· Making direct impact on the product offering of one of the most well-known truck shops in the world.Ready to make this impact?Do you want to safeguard and grow the Go-in-Style philosophy? Then send your motivation and CV to johan@tlc-holland.nl.For questions you can contact Johan van Wetten at 06 51 84 14 38.Type of employment: Full-time, Part-time, Prospect of permanent contractContract duration: 12 monthsSalary: €3,750.00 – €4,500.00 per monthExpected hours: 32–40 per weekEmployment benefits:Company eventsBusiness trip compensationChristmas packagePensionStaff discountTravel allowanceFriday afternoon drinksWork location: On-site
